Hi I’m Jessica and I’m your Spiritual Guide, Teacher, Mentor and Yoga Teacher. It’s such a honor to have you here and I know you have been guided here for a reason. I know god has given me these tools to help others on their healing journey and if you are here I know you are here for a big purpose. Investing in myself has been one of the best decisions I made for myself. I always believe that when the student is ready the teacher appears. I’ve seen this in my life over and over again. I am a 200 hundred hour yoga instructor and teacher. I currently teach at Ziayas in Visalia California. I had my training in Corona, CA at the Yogaden. I’ve been trained in Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative. Yoga has been such a huge part of my healing journey. It has helped me create a beautiful relationship with my body and has helped me off the mat with learning how to bring, balance, harmony and devotion. I always love to integrate Reiki into my classes and 1-on-1 sessions.
Vinyasa Flow @Ziyas, Visalia, CA
Vinyasa Flow Join Jessica for a Vinyasa Flow class infused with Reiki. This class is based on the foundations of Hatha Yoga and the Eight limbs of yoga. This class will be infused with the sacred practices and teaching of yoga. This class is an upbeat class, using poses and vinyasa flow to build strength, connect with your breathe and empower you on your journey. The class starts with meditation, grounding, and moves into a beautiful flow of breathing and connecting to your unique body. We will end with relaxing Reiki grounding. Modifications available for all body shapes. Class is great for all levels.
