I created this course for the women who is ready to stop playing small. She is ready to face her fears and start to show up for herself in big ways. And when I say big ways, I am not talking about doing something radical. Maybe it does require radical change for you. But it can be a simple as honoring your past, your fears and learning how to move through them. Taking time for yourself to get clear on what programs have been running the show that no longer feel aligned. You see my friend. You have got yourself this far, but maybe deep within your heart there is a longing for something different. But I know how hard it can be to step into that version of you. Especially when we have to leave the old behind or we start to self sabotage ourselves. I see you!

The only person you are hurting is yourself. Sister it’s time to be at cause vs at effect for where you are in your life today.

This is my love story.

I want to share with you a story. A story back to my heart. A story of struggle and overcoming. From feeling alone, unseen, unheard, to knowing my worth and knowing that I am enough. From questioning my path, my purpose my beliefs. To redefining my faith, leaving a religion that no longer felt aligned. Coming to a deeper love and appreciation for who I was knowing that what others think of me doesn’t define me. God/the universe loves me as I am. Breaking down stories past down from lineages long ago and recognizing the voice deep within my soul. She always knew the way. My upbringing around spirituality wasn’t a bad thing, it just no longer felt like my truth.

I came to a place where I could redefine what was my truth. But it took me doing some inner work. I allowed myself to be seen heard and supported by other women who were also on this similar path of cultivating a new identity.

My truth was that my salvation isn’t found in a religion or something external. It was found within. I learned that I could decide and take radical responsibility for my life. I didn’t have to wait to be saved. There was a lot of betrayal, I experienced after leaving the church. Left me feeling alone, hurt and what felt like a huge hole in my heart. I felt misunderstood.

But that wasn’t the end of my story.

I was guided to teachers, sisters and spiritual leaders that helped me on my journey back to love. Helping me renew my mind, creating empowering beliefs about myself, releasing judgement, fear and shame and remembering each and every desire if mine. All my desires, were sacred, holy.

My body, my unique recipe is ordered to be here.

I starting investing in myself. And found myself in a NLP certification and many other containers where I was seen heard and supported.

You weren’t meant to stay in fear, shame or doubt for your unique heart. You are meant to thrive, soar and experience true liberation in this life. Today you can decide to choose love over fear. You get to choose to rise even in the storm. You CAN and WILL RISE.

You will REDEFINE YOUR FAITH.

I wouldn’t be the women I am today if I didn’t say yes to myself. If I didn’t trust my heart and intuition.
