What is Reiki?
Reiki is life force energy, an ancient Japanese tradition that was created to reduce stress and promote healing.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So, Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a holistic practice that heals mind, body and spirit. Reiki is not a religion but an energetic practice that alchemizes all your chakras, to bring vitality, healing and wholeness.
When I started my reiki practice, I was drawn to it so I could learn how to heal myself and my family. Practicing Reiki really has changed my life. I went from having no voice from over working my vocal cords, being stressed, and overwhelmed with my work to a life where I felt a sense of peace and wholeness within myself. While implementing Reiki into my life, I’ve developed a beautiful self-love practice and relationship with myself. As well I developed my intuitive gifts as I started my Reiki journey. As years went by, I decided I wanted to offer this to my clients because I knew how life changing Reiki was for me.

REIKI LEVEL ONE (SHODEN)

Reiki Level One is where you can unlock and activate your energetic power already deep within you.
Here you will learn the History of Reiki, Reiki Symbols and how to create a Self-Love Practice of healing yourself. And then start to help heal others. We will work on subconscious programming and how to start implement energetic practices in your life.
You will leave feeling empowered and ready to make an impact in your life and the lives of others.

REIKI II (OKUDEN) CERTIFICATION/ATTUNEMENT
You will be attuned in Western Usui Ryoho Reiki I and Reiki II . That is the linage that I was attuned in.
What Reiki Level 2 Includes:
The Sacred Symbols: You will be attuned to the first three sacred Reiki symbols—the Power symbol, the Mental/Emotional symbol, and the Distance symbol. You'll learn how to draw, activate, and integrate them into your sessions.
Distance Healing: Learn the techniques to send healing energy across time and space to people, places, past trauma, or future events.
Mental & Emotional Clearing: Deepen your practice by learning how to target and clear deep-seated emotional blocks, negative habits, and mental stagnation.
Professional Practice Basics: Level 2 technically certifies you as a Reiki Practitioner, allowing you to legally set up a professional practice and charge for your healing services if you choose.
Deepened Intuition & Attunement: Receive the Level 2 sacred attunement, which elevates your energetic vibration and expands your intuitive channels to flow a higher volume of Reiki energy.
