When I started my journey…..
it was a beautiful way for me to connect with my heart, intuition and spiritual gifts. It helped me learn how to reduce stress in my life and learn how to create a sacred space for wholeness in my life. It helped me be more self-aware with my intuition and connect to my spirituality in a new way. Reiki came into my life in the most Divine timing. I was already on my spiritual path and journey and was desiring to connect more with my unique spiritual gifts and purpose. Reiki opened up so many beautiful doors for me as a divine feminine leader. I was able to bring Reiki into my community by creating events and working with clients one on one. It’s been such a honor and journey to be able to hold the space and help others on their healing path and journey. I’ve worked with clients with diverse backgrounds, desires and needs. Together we held a powerful space for healing and for bringing back vitality and wholeness.
When I first started practicing Reiki I wanted to learn how to use Reiki as a tool to empower myself in my journey and connect deeper with my spirituality. I also was battling with some physical issues in my throat that were caused by stress. This changed drasticly as I sent intentions to heal and learn how to lean into my feminine and learn how to create a lifestyle that aligned with my way of wanting to life.
As time went by I started to realize the power of the ancient energy practice.
I saw how I felt so much more at peace, I was able to heal some deep rooted fears and deep subconscious beliefs around who I was and my role as a leader.
There are many beautiful aspects of Reiki. It’s important to find a teacher that aligns with your beliefs and desires as each Reiki Teacher has their own unique ways of teaching.

Why Three month container?
And in my years experience teaching, leading Reiki client sessions and holding events I understand the importance to learning how to hold and embody the energy of Reiki to cultivate a relationship with it.
I believe Reiki is a practice that is developed over time. It requires patience in developing an understanding of your unique body, heart and energy. The more you practice Reiki the more you are able to connect with this life force energy that wants to connect with you.
Having three months together will help you gain the understanding of the philosophy of Reiki, develop a deep understanding of the Reiki symbols, hand positions, how to cultivate a deep practice of your own and also how to work with others if that is something you are feeling lead to do. Over the three months we will go into Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2 and how to start your own business with Reiki if you feel lead to do so.

Reiki Level 1 ( Shoden)
Reiki Level one is where you can unlock an activate your energetic power already deep within you.
Here you will learn the History Of Reiki, Reiki Symbols and how to create a self-love practice of healing and then heal others. You will leave feeling empowered and ready to make an impact in your life and the lives of others.

Reiki Level 2
In Reiki Level 2 you will learn the Reiki Symbols and how to use them in your everyday life and also when working wth clients or loved ones. The symbols allow you to send Reiki remotely and also allow you to go deeper in your Reiki practice. It helps strengthen your connection with Reiki Energy.

In your Business & Branding coaching sessions. We will have a deep dive into branding, creating your ideal client and goals for your business. You will get clarity around your ideal client, what our vision and mission is for your brand. Where did Reiki Originate?
There are various linages of Reiki out there and Reiki continues to evolve as sacred energy practice. The linage that I was attuned in was Usui Ryho and that is the linage that I teach my students.
How can reiki support you?
One of the most and well known benefits of Reiki is that it helps to reduce stress. When our bodies are in a relaxed state it helps to activate our vegal nerves which helps to bring the body to a peace state also known as our parasympathetic nervous system.
This allows the body to heal on it’s own. Reducing stress also opens up other channels for more rest, peace, vitality and creative energy.
Often after clients come in for a session, they experience feelings of calm, tingling or even may see colors. Reiki is a relaxing modality that is similar to acupunture that works on clearing the energy body and works to heal the physical body as well.

Reiki & my own personal healing journey
In this video I share about how Reiki has supported me in my journey. It helped me heal some vocal damage, helped me work through healing other peoples perceptions of myself and learned how to deal with stress, anger and unforgiveness. Reiki became a tool that allowed me to soften my heart, energy and allow for deeper space of peace. As well guided me to so many expansive spaces in my spiritual journey.
It was my invitation for me to allow for deeper healing right where I was.
