The Energy Behind It All. Who Are You Becoming. It's Safe to Evolve and Let Go
So much I want to share with you girls. This past week I was on spring break and it was so good. Time to rest, just be home with the family and most of all my favorite thing traveling. We spent time in San Diego where I always picture myself living with the hubby after Zoe is off on her own. lol And that day will be here before you know it. She is just growing up so fast.
I’m always on this journey of tuning into my heart and what she is saying. I heard my spirit say more of this please. More travel, more experiences and less time on social media.
Something that I”ve been practicing is tuning in with my body’s rhythmic cycle and energy. I think there is such a huge push for women to hustle there way to success or this persona that we have to show up in our business in a certain way on social media for us to profit or create the life we want. Is this the truth? Is this your truth?
It’s an illusion. It’s a perspective of how we see how others are showing up and living their life. But the energy that is the most vital is yours. Showing up for yourself first and preserving your energy so that you can really show up as the queen you are. Showing up full of joy, love, clarity, knowing that you are doing and being who you feel called to be. Would it feel expansive and nourishing to be in your energy and feel rested, excited and have discernment around your work and life? It’s quite easy to forget to tune into our bodies and what she is saying to us. Where are you overextending yourself? Or overgiving?
Creating boundaries around how, where you are putting your energy can influence so many factors and areas of your life. And letting go of other people’s perception of you and how you feel called to show up also is powerful. Your energy is powerful. It’s who you are and I believe it demands respect first and foremost for yourself and so you can give freely as your heart feels called to give.
I shared about this in my instagram stories the other day how it’s important for us to sometimes ask ourselves hard questions and recalibrate our intentions and goals and see how they are aligning with where we are today and our energy. What’s working and what’s not. And allow ourselves to separate our identity from the actions circumstances in our life.
You can ask yourself questions like: How have I been showing up in life? Does this feel good to me? Am I feeling depleted? Does this make me feel expansive or am I feeling anxiety around this? Are you feeling stuck or unsure about where you are? Where are you putting your energy? Is this really what I want?
I think there are many women who punish themselves for being human or feel that if they aren’t do a certain amount of work they aren’t worthy of the life they desire. Who is the authority on this? What is your belief on how you get to run or show up in your business? It’s important to create your own values and beliefs that feel aligned for you, not how it’s always been done or how you others doing so.
You get to choose. You get to decide. So sister will you give yourself permission to do what feels good to you? Will you allow yourself the space to rest when you need it, take the time off when you do or take aligned action when your ready?
It’s quite liberating when you start to create your own rules and evolve everyday. I love to explore and create. It’s that libra energy, always ready for an adventure. But what are ways you can show up and create from a space of excitement and love in your life? Because the moment we forget that this is supposed to be fun, we can forget our soul’s purpose work here. So if you lost sight of this, this is your reminder today to give your permission grace and patience. Love and honor your journey, because it’s perfectly yours.
