The crown often referred to as the color violet.

The crown is where we are able to connect to our divinity. Our power. Overflowing wisdom and life.

When activated the lotus petals turn downward like a sunflower dripping nectar into the crown and down the chakras.

Sign of a blocked crown chakra, if you have been feeling disconnected with god, feeling unsure of what your beliefs are or are experiencing confusion. Maybe you feel unsure of yourself and abandon your beliefs for fear of judgment. You may experience blocks and feelings of frustration.

When the crown is activated you are able to perceive, receive intuitive downloads and are able to connect with your divinity. It’s a overflow. Your open to new ideas, new revelations.

However we can complicate the process of connecting in. Or we allow our beliefs and stories tell us that we can not connect to the divine. Or that we aren’t wise or able to receive. Blocking yourself from freedom.

There are many layers creating a sustainable and powerful relationship with yourself so you can be a channel.

There are embodiment practices that we can do daily to tap into our intuitive gifts and power. Like reiki, meditation and yoga. This is something I teach my clients to do.
