A Night of Restoring & Grounding Coming Home to Yourself

Hello Beautiful Souls!

I’m really excited to announce that this month I will be holding a LIVE Group Reiki Healing Session.

This will be a beautiful time for you to come to rest, restore and receive. .Our focus will be on the root chakra this month. Which empowers us to feel safe, supported and secure in our day to day busy life. This is really important part of our energetic body so we can allow ourselves to be in our full power, in a safe and supportive way.

We will start our night with an intention, guided meditation and then a reiki healing session. If you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just wanting some peace and time for yourself this will be a wonderful session for you. Come with an open heart, mind and be ready to receive what you need for your highest good.

We will have some time to journal and reflect before our session and afterwords so make sure to have a journal and pen available! I will be giving you some root chakra affirmations as well.

How to Prepare: Come dressed comfortable, have a comfortable place for you to rest, lit a candle to set the mood and energy of the night and bring a journal and pen also.
